Dr. Eastin took over as Chief of Staff at Sterling Park Animal Hospital in the fall of 2006. After graduating from the Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine (Grafton Massachusetts) in 1998, Dr. Eastin practiced in Louisville, Kentucky, Greenwood, Indiana, and the greater DC area. In addition to his veterinary degree, Dr. Eastin also holds a Doctorate in Nutrition from the University of Kentucky and is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine. He and his wife, Yi-Pe, live in Ashburn, Virginia with Bravo (their Siberian Husky) and Katya (their calico cat).

Dr. Factor joined our staff in May of 2010. A Missouri native, Dr. Factor attended the University of MIssouri-Columbia for his Veterinary education.(GO TIGERS!) During his training, Dr. Factor expanded his interests in dermatology, animal behavior medicine, and dentistry through focused electives. Joined by his wife, Brittany, Dr. Factor moved to northernVirginia in 2010. The Factor family includes their three dogs; Baiey, RJ, and Spurs, as well as their horses; Carmen and Keeper. In addition to a DVM, Dr. Factor has degrees in Biology, Sociology, and Anthropology. He also has a passion for ice hockey, snowboarding, hiking/camping, and cooking.
